PWR Sales Mastery LLC – Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy

These Terms govern purchases and use of PWR Sales Mastery courses, digital products, training, and related services. By completing checkout, accepting the Terms, or accessing the course, you agree to these Terms.
1. Product and Access
PWR Sales Mastery is a self-paced digital sales-training course. It includes the lessons, scripts, exercises, and other materials described on the sales page shown before purchase. Coaching, consulting, income, employment, customers, sales, and specific deal outcomes are not included or guaranteed unless expressly stated in a separate written offer.
The price charged is the price clearly displayed and accepted at checkout. The standard direct-site price may differ from a private campaign price. Digital access is provided after successful payment through the email address and account information supplied at checkout.
2. Refund Policy
Because immediate access is provided to digital course content, purchases are generally final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where a different written policy is expressly stated at checkout.
Failure to use, complete, or participate in the course does not by itself qualify for a refund. Dissatisfaction with individual results or changes in personal circumstances generally do not qualify for a refund when the course was accurately described and access was provided.
If you believe the offer was misdescribed, access was not delivered, or a charge is incorrect, contact [email protected] promptly. Any refund request will be evaluated under the policy disclosed at checkout, the facts of the transaction, and applicable law.
3. Payment and Billing
You authorize PWR Sales Mastery LLC and its payment processor to charge the payment method you submit for the amount displayed at checkout. Failed or reversed payments may result in suspension of access while the payment issue is investigated.
4. Payment Questions and Disputes
Please contact [email protected] first if you have a payment question or believe the course was not delivered as described, so we can investigate and attempt a good-faith resolution.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights available under applicable law or card-network rules. For any payment inquiry or dispute, PWR Sales Mastery LLC may preserve and provide relevant transaction, checkout-consent, product-description, digital-access, fulfillment, and customer-communication records through the applicable processor or card-network process. Access may be temporarily suspended while a reversed or disputed payment is investigated where appropriate.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, methods, frameworks, videos, scripts, and documents are owned by PWR Sales Mastery LLC or its licensors. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use purchased materials for your own education. You may not copy, share, resell, reproduce, publish, or distribute course materials without written permission.
6. No Guarantee of Results
The course is educational and informational. PWR Sales Mastery LLC makes no guarantee of income, sales, business growth, employment, customers, closed deals, or other results. Outcomes vary based on individual effort, experience, application, market conditions, and other factors.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PWR Sales Mastery LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the course. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Suspension or Termination
PWR Sales Mastery LLC may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, unauthorized sharing or resale, infringement, abusive conduct, or other material violations of these Terms. Any refund rights remain subject to Section 2 and applicable law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to PWR Sales Mastery LLC in its state of registration, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
